"The FrameSetting required to render this effect in the Game view depends on a disabled FrameSetting." warning appears when post-processing effects ere enabled in pipeline settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Select the “Volume Global” GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Observe the Inspector window under the Fog component
Expected result: No warnings appear
Actual result: "The FrameSetting required to render this effect in the Game view depends on a disabled FrameSetting." warning appears
Reproducible with: 6000.0.22f1, 6000.0.24f1, 6000.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.21f1

I'm also seeing this in 6000.0.23f1 running Windows 11. Reproducible from a fresh HDRP project.

I've seen this on 6000.26f using windows 11 as well. Several overrides complain of not being set when they are.
