The Editor UI becomes broken when any window of the custom Layout is closed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Layout context menu and select “Load Layout from File”
3. Select the attached Layout file “fulltime”
4. Close any window
Expected result: The window is closed and all other windows are functioning correctly
Actual result: All windows become broken and unusable and everything flickers when moving the mouse
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a23
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro, macOS 13.4 (M1)
