The Editor becomes unresponsive when exiting Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro-project“
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/Map.unity“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. In the Game View click “NEW GAME“
5. Select “City1“
6. Wait for the biker GameObject to spawn in the scene
7. Exit Play Mode
8. Observe the Editor becoming unresponsive
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a3
Reproduced on: Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Huge memory increase can be observed in the Task Manager after performing the 5th step
