The Build Settings window is not scrollable when docked to a smaller window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1313792.zip' project
2. Dock the Build Settings window next to the Preferences window
3. Observe the Build Settings window
Expected result: The Build Settings window has a scroll bar
Actual result: The Build Settings window doesn't have a scroll bar
Reproducible with: 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a4
Cannot test with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.20f1 (the Build Settings window can't be docked)
Notes:
- The issue is reproducible only when docking the Build Settings window to a smaller window
- The Build Settings window can't be downsized manually
