The build fails and multiple errors are thrown when building HDRP project with Water Samples
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project with 6000.1.0a3
2. Open the Package Manager window
3. Select the "High Definition RP" package in the Package Manager window
4. Import the Water Samples from the "Samples" section in the Package Manager window
5. Build and run the project (File > Build And Run)
6. Observe the Console window
Actual results: Multiple errors are thrown
Expected results: No errors are thrown
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a3
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a2
Tested on (OS): macOS Sonoma 14.6.1 (M1 Pro)
