[URP] The Blur effect is applied regardless of the distance when Depth Of Field is used
How to reproduce:
- Open the project "IN-66130_UntoDreamsProto"
- Open the “Proto-BasicCombat” scene
- Enter Play mode
- Observe the Game window
Expected result: The blur effect can only be seen at a further distance
Actual result: The blur effect is visible at close and further distances
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a18, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.8f1, 2023.3.0a17
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- A workaround would be to enable Compatibility Mode (Edit > Project Settings > Graphics)
- Reproducible in Player
