*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any Project with the VFX Graph installed
# Create any VFX Graph Template and open it
# Open the Blackboard and expand the Built-In Attributes list
# Right click on any Attribute in the list and select "Duplicate"
# Duplicate more Attributes for easier reproduction
# Scroll down the Blackboard so that the Custom Attributes lists last item is still visible
# Duplicate another Built-In Attribute

*Actual results:* 3/5 times the Blackboard will scroll up to the top of the list and not the duplicated Attribute, when it does, an empty space above the Properties list will be visible with a seemingly random height

*Expected results:* The Blackboard only scrolls up to the duplicated Attribute in the Custom Attributes list

*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.33f1, 6000.1.0b1

*Can’t test with versions:* 2022.3.55f1 (Blackboard is different)

*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11, macOS
