The API Updater Consent Request message is cropped when the .dll file list is too big

How to reproduce:
1. Upgrade and open any project that has a lot of .dll files with long paths
2. Observe the Consent Request Dialog popup

Expected result: The whole list of .dll file paths is shown fully
Actual result: The list cuts off with an ellipsis (…) in the middle of the list

Reproducible in: 6000.1.0b4 (tested by the reporter)
Could not test in: 2022.3.59f1, 6000.0.41f1, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6

Reproduced on: Windows 10 (by the Reporter)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Note: This likely happens when upgrading/downgrading to any version of the Editor
