[Textures] RGBA Compressed PVRTC 2/4bit texture with compression quality set to to Best/Normal is less detailed than Fast
To Reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and change platform to iOS.
2. Add of the textures in the project to a plane (make sure that format is set to 'RGBA PVRTC_2/4').
3. Enable transparency on the material.
4. Switch between Fast/Normal/Best:
Observe that Fast has somewhat more details than best (see attached screenshots).
Not reproducible on 4.6.7p4, PVRTC with any quality setting seems to be more detailed in 4.6 than in 5.x
