Textures become missing when AssetBundleCreateRequest.assetBundle is called in OnDestroy()

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “AssetBundleTest.zip” project
2. Go to the menu: Tools > Build AssetBundles
3. Build and run the project (File > Build And Run)
4. Click “Load Scene 1” or “Load Scene 3” button in the Player
5. Observe the Player

Expected result: A yellow circle is displayed
Actual result: A white square is displayed

Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
