Textures are duplicated when using Scriptable Build Pipeline
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “TestSBP” project
2. In the top menu select Test>Build AB menu item
3. In the top menu select Test>Load AB menu item and observe the Console Window
Expected results: Each asset is logged once
Actual results: Each asset is logged twice
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a10, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.4f1, 2023.1.0a26, 2023.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.1.0a9
Reproduce on: Intel MacOS 13.1
