The icons of Play, Pause buttons, and the Unity logo are blurry when Custom Scaling Value is more than 100%
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Edit -> Preferences -> UI Scaling
3. Change "Use custom scaling value" to value more than 100%
4. Restart the Editor
5. Observe the Editor view
Expected result: All UI icons are clear
Actual result: The icons of Play, Pause buttons, and the Unity logo are blurry
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.2.0a17
Notes:
- From 2021.2.0a18 to 2021.2.3f1 Transform UI icons are blurred as well
- Reproducible only on Windows (UI Scaling only available on Windows)

and what to do if i am not on windows? i have this problem on a chromebook (which has linux too)

2021.03.11f1 bug still exist
