Texture2D.GenerateAtlas causes huge memory leaks and freezing when entering Play mode
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project, scene SampleScene
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe memory leaking in any monitoring tools (example: Task manager for Windows)
Expected: memory not leaking upon generating atlas
Actual: huge memory leaks
Reproduced in: 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.11f1, 2018.3.0b4, 2019.1.0a1
Not reproduced in: 2019.1.0a2
Note: the issue is fixed by reimporting the script that contains Texture2D.GenerateAtlas() method
