Texture Sampling overlap causes graphical errors on specific Graphics APIs and Devices when using Framebuffer Fetch
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-122602.zip” Project
2. Open the “SampleScene” (Assets/Scenes/SampleScene)
3. Observe the GameObject in the Game View
Expected result: Yellow Cube and Blue Sphere, overlap is Green
Actual result: Sphere is either Black or graphical errors appear in the overlap
Reproducible with: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.12f1, 6000.3.0b10, 6000.4.0a4, 6000.5.0a1

Notes:
- Possibly related to https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/product/unity/issues/guid/UUM-99670
- On Windows (Directx12) the reproduction instead shows the Sphere GameObject as Black, on Android Graphical fragments of the Cube GameObject are only visible on the Overlap
