Texture Compression on android platform adds color channels not present in original texture
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Change platform to Android
3. Navigate to Assets/Materials/Textures/RngM_MOV_T1_red_S
4. Select 'Compressed' format. Notice white/grey lines on the sphere
5. Select 'Truecolor' format. Notice the lines disappear
Expected result: Texture without green channel visually looks identical when compressed
Actual result: Compressed texture gains green channel that it did not have
Reproduced on: 5.3.6p7, 5.4.0f3, 5.4.2f1, 5.5.0b8

Latest issues
- The Camera first person mode in Cameras overlay is greyed out and not clickable when the Editor is restarted with the Game View focused
