Texture Aniso Level doesn't work on Android GLES3 Player (Samsung Galaxy S7)
Texture is still blurred even Aniso Level is set to highest on:
Android GLES3 player (Samsung Galaxy S7)
Steps:
1. Change the Aniso Level on the texture import settings of a texture OR use the repro project
2. Build Android apk and run on phone
3. Observe

Reproducible in : 2017.1.0b6, 2017.1.0b5, 5.6.1p1
Note: Aniso Level working fine on other platforms, both player and editor. Android GLES3 in Editor is fine too. Also fine on Nexus 6.
