TextMeshPro UGUI is not masked when objects are rendered behind it
To reproduce:
1. Open my attached project
2. Observe the scene (check picture attached)
Expected: TextMeshPro UI text is being masked
Actual: TextMeshPro UI text is not being masked if there's an object rendered behind it
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0b10, 2018.2.0a3
