TextMeshPro text input's caret is flickering when Line Mode is set to Multi Line and text is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the ‘Text-input-field-caret-flickering.zip' project
2. Open the 'SampleScene’ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Write some text in the text field
5. Select the text with a mouse and do not release the mouse button
6. While selecting text, drag the mouse outside of the text field box and move the mouse around the text field
7. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The selection caret does not flicker
Actual result: The selection caret flickers
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a14, 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b6, 6000.4.0a2
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a1 (TMP essentials not available)
Reproducible on: macOS 26.0.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
