TextMeshPro text and caret is offset when TextMeshPro is used within layout groups
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "TMPCaretLayoutGroupBug.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play mode
3. In Game view select a few different "User123" text areas with the mouse cursor
Expected result: the text is highlighted
Actual result: after a few different TextMeshPro are selections the text highlight is offset
Reproducible with: 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a3
Could not test with: 2018.2 an older due to "Text Mesh Pro" package errors
