Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. In the Menu bar, Click on Window and select the “TEST WINDOW”
3. In the “SearchBoxTest” custom Editor window, click and hold the TextField or the “Search” button
4. Observe the TextField and the “Search” button

Expected result: The TextField and the “Search” button sizes do not change
Actual result: The TextField and the “Search” button sizes change

Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.14f1, 2023.2.0b10, 2023.3.0a6

Reproducible on: macOS 13.4.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note:
-Issue is not reproducible when there is text in the TextField
-The TextField and the “Search” button sizes change back to normal when the mouse is moved or the mouse button is not held anymore
