Text in GraphToolFoundation Window gets corrupted after adding com.unity.ui package with AMD GPU
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "FontRenderingIssue.zip"
2. Open GraphWindow (GTF Sample -> RecipeEditor).
Expected result: Text is not corrupted
Actual result: Text is corrupted, each letter has visual artifacts around it
Reproducible with - 0.9.0-preview (2020.3.1f1), 0.9.1-preview (2021.1.2f1)
Could not test (UI Toolkit package not supported & errors) - 2018.4, 2019.4, 2021.2
GPU's tested:
Reproducible with - AMD Radeon Pro 5500m, AMD Pro WX9100
Not reproducible with - NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 Ti
Notes:
Removing com.unity.ui package from the project and restarting the editor makes the issue go away
