Texts in New Shader Graph are blurred
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project in HDRP Template
2. Create a Blank Shader
3. Open newly created Graph in the Editor
Expected Result:
Texts should not be blurry
Actual Result:
Texts are blurred
Reproducible on: 2021.1.0b8 with 11.0.0
Working fine on: 2021.2.0a6, 2021.1.0b7, 2020.2.6f1
Note: Occurring only on AMD Radeon Graphics Card
Environment: Windows 10 only with AMD Radeon Graphics card
