Text from clipboard is pasted two times into input field
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1084036_repro.zip
2. Open "test" scene
3. Enter play mode
4. Copy text to the clipboard
5. Past string to Input field
Expected results: string is pasted one time
Actual results: string is pasted two times
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0a2, 2018.3.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.0a8, 2018.2.8f1
Regression introduced in: 2018.3.0a9
Note: Not reproducible in the build project
