Text cursor remains visible when hovering over Command Line Arguments scrollbar in Unity Hub
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Unity Hub
- Navigate to the Projects tab
- Next to any project click on the three dots and select "Add command line arguments"
- Enter enough text so that scrollbar appears (or click Enter ~10 times)
- Hover over the scrollbar with a cursor
- Observe the cursor
Actual results: The text/typing (I‑beam) cursor remains visible when hovering over the scrollbar
Expected results: The cursor changes to a standard pointer/select cursor when hovering over the scrollbar
Reproducible with versions: 3.16.2
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04. Windows 11
