Tests run ~5 times slower than usual when switching to another program while tests are running
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "IN-39896.zip" project
2. In the Test Runner Window, press "Run All"
3. Quickly Alt+Tab to another program and wait for the tests to finish
4. In the Editor, press on the first "ProTiler" test group
5. Observe the number at the bottom of the Test Runner Window
Expected result: The tests finish in ~3 seconds
Actual result: The tests finish in ~16 seconds
Reproducible with: 2021.3.26f1, 2022.3.0f1, 2023.1.0b19, 2023.2.0a13
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a16
Could not test with: 2020.3.48f1 (Compilation errors)
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Notes:
- Reproduction may be inconsistent. To reproduce, try to delete the "Library" folder and open the Editor again
- The issue may be associated with Unity UI package
