Tests are not discovered in Assemblies after deleting Library
To reproduce:
1. Download project from ownCloud and open in Unity
2. Open Test Runner window
3. Check the PlayMode tab and observe that it has lots of Tests
4. Close project and delete Library folder
5. Open project again
6. Open Test Runner window
7. Check the PlayMode tab and observe that there are no Tests
Notes:
- This issue appears on both Windows and macOS
- Link to the project and password is shared in Comments section
- Workaround: Reimport the asmdef files
Reproduced on Unity 2017.4.13f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.12f1 and 2018.3.0b5
Not reproduced on Unity 2019.1.0a4
