[Test Runner][Android] Tests doesn't run constantly when device is connected
How to reproduce it:
1. Open the user's attached project "AndroidNativePluginMethods-TestProject.zip "
2. Load "Test"
3. Open Test Runner from Menu bar > Window > General
4. Select to test Play Mode
5. Connect the device to the computer
6. In Test Runner click on Run All Tests (Android)
7. Observe the tests
Expected result: All tests succeeded
Actual result: All tests didn't run. Tests are with a grey circle
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b1, 2022.1.0a5 (1.1.29)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0a21 (1.1.27, 1.1.29)

Closing this bug for now as won't fix. We have too many open issues and low capacity at the moment, so we are trying to address the high pain one first.
