[Test Framework] Tests fail with "ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added" error when running all tests
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproTest”
2. Open Window > General > Test Runner
3. Run all tests
Expected result: Tests pass
Actual result: Tests fail with “ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: BugDemo.Tests.ExampleEditorTests.ExampleTest” error
Reproducible with: 1.3.1, 2.0.1-pre.18 (2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a21)
Not reproducible with: 2.0.1-exp.1, 2.0.1-exp2 (2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a21)
