[TerrainTools] When settings are changed via the Terrain Tools Toolbox, the Inspector window does not get updated
If the user modifies Terrain settings via the Terrain Toolbox, the Inspector window does not update until you mouse over the Inspector window.
Repro Steps:
1. Install Terrain Tools 3.0.2-preview (develop)
2. Create a Terrain in your scene
3. Open the Terrain Toolbox Window
4. Select your Terrain in the scene so the Inspector window is focused on it
5. Change any settings view the Terrain Toolbox "Terrain Settings" tab.
Actual Results
The Inspector Window is not refreshed to show the new settings

The Inspector window would have refreshed with the new settings
