[Terrain Tools] Brush Strengths usable range appears to be set too strong
Raise or Lower Terrain Brush Strength has a usable range of 0 to 1, the actual real world usage of Terrain sculpting a user would tend to stay around the 0 to 0.1 ranges.
Repro Steps:
1. Launch Unity version 2021.2.0b5
2. Install Terrain Tools v4.0.0-pre.2
3. Create a Terrain Object
4. Paint Raise/Lower Terrain on that object
Actual Results:
Brushes feel to be unexpectedly strong with low values
Expected Results:
User's would roughly utilize the full range of values when it comes to the brush strength on all painting tools
Notes:
This issue appears to apply universally to all Terrain Tools brushes such as Paint Details and Set Height painting.
This doesn't appear to be a regression within the Terrain Tools package, but when compared to the Built In Terrain painting of Raise/Lower Terrain, that "Opacity" Range is set for user's to choose between 0.2 to 100 and doesn't appear to have this severe of a problem. I feel like the usable section of those values is from 0-20 with 20-100 being fairly extreme.
