[Terrain] Editor crashes on applying/removing branch material of the static Tree
Editor crashes on applying/removing branch material of the static Tree.
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached.
2. Tree game object > Select the branch node.
3. Assign BranchMat material > Apply.
4. Assign BranchMat to none.
5. Repeat step 3 and step 4.
Actual Result:
Editor crashes on applying/removing branch material.
Expected Result:
No crash occurs on applying/removing branch material.
Reproducible with:
2019.3.0b12, 2019.3.0b1.
Working fine with:
2019.3.0a12, 2020.1.0a14
Environment:
Windows 10 & Mac 10.14.

The same thing did to me. I'm using Unity 2021.3.24f1 on FerenOS/Gnu/Linux (Ubunutu 20.04 based dist), with 12GB memory, 150GB HDD available disk space, and Nvidia GeForce GT520M graphics chip.
