[Terrain] Documentation link is missing for New Brush under Terrain in the Inspector
404 page loads up when opening the New Brush documentation
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy > Create > 3D Object > Terrain
3. Inspector > Terrain > Paint Terrain
4. Select any brush > Click on the Help icon
Actual Result: Web Page Opens with Error 404 - Page not found
Expected Result: Correct Web page opens
