[Terrain] Crash on TerrainRenderer::GetPatchVertexStream when snapping it to the grid in the scen view
Steps to repro:
1. Create new porject/open the attached project
2. Select a terrain in the scene view
3. Hold 'V' key, drag it
4. Observe the crash
