[Templates] URP Scene Sample project Tutorial window uses type name instead of beautified title
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Open the 3D Sample Scenes URP project template
2. Close the Tutorial window
3. Open it again via Tutorials>Show Tutorials
4. Observe the Tutorial window's title in the top right
*Actual results:* The title is showing up as the type name, e.g. Unity.Tutorials.Core.Editor.Tutorial
*Expected results:* The title shows up as Tutorial (the beautified version)
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.19f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2023.3.0a17, 2023.3.0b9
*Can’t test with versions:* 2021.X supports a different template, 2023.3. X pre-2023.3.0a17 versions do not work with the latest template correctly
*Tested on (OS):* MacOS, Ubuntu 22.04, Windows 11
