Template title and description overlap with each other in the Shader Graph templates window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project (Universal 2D)
- Set Unity theme to "Light"
- Go to the "Project" window
- Click "Create" -> Shader Graph -> From Template...
- Verify that the "Create new Shader Graph Asset" window opens
- Resize the window (move and internal line, that description section would be smaller)
- Scroll through the template description
- Observe the UI
Actual results: Template title and description overlap with each other
Expected results: No overlapping
Reproducible with versions: 17.3.0 (6000.3.0a2)
Not reproducible with versions: 17.3.0 (6000.3.0a1)
