Shadow atlasing failed error thrown while increasing the value of Resolution in shadow property.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with "High-End SRP" template.
2. Open sample scene > Select Directional Light.
3. Expand Shadows section in the Inspector.
4. Increase the value by dragging on the Resolution field.
Observe the console window.
Occurring in:
2018.1.0b10, 2018.1.0b7, 2018.1.0b6, 2018.1.0b5.
Environment:
Occurring on Windows & Mac.

Shadow atlas size is adjustable from HDRenderPipelineAsset
