TagManager does not let to set the size of Layers.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project or create a new one.
2. Go to Edit->Project Settings -> Tags and Layers
3. In upper corner select "Debug".
4. Try changing Tags size or Layers size and press enter
- Tags size resets to 0 (not reproducible on 5.5.0b1) and Layer size changes back to 32(default).
Current result: can't set Layers size.
Expected result: You should be able to set Layers size.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b1(only layers does not work) ,5.4.0f3 (both layers and tags does not work),5.3.4f1(both layers and tags does not work).
