System.UriFormatException is thrown when building the Localization "Preloading Screen Example" in WebGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “LocalizationIssue“ project
2. Navigate to File → Build and Run
3. Observe the Player
4. Press “CRTL+SHIFT+J“ and observe the web console
Expected result: The preloading screen runs successfully and System.UriFormatException is not thrown
Actual result: The preloading screen does bit run and System.UriFormatException is thrown
Reproducible with: 1.5.0-pre.2 (2021.3.37f1), 1.5.1 (2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b14)
Not reproducible with: 1.4.5 (2021.3.37f1)
Could not test with: 1.5.0-pre.1 (could not be downloaded to any Editor)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, macOS 14.4 (user’s device)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
