"System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null" is thrown when a ChildNetworkBehaviour inherits from ParentNetworkBehaviour and the child class contains a ServerRpc
How to reproduce:
Open the attached project "NetworkBehaviourBug.zip"
Expected results: No errors in the Console window
Actual results: "System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null" is thrown
Reproducible with: 1.7.0 (2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a14)
Not reproducible with: 1.6.0 (2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.18f1, 2023.2.0b15, 2023.3.0a11)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

We have reviewed the issue carefully, and this issue is fixed in a newer version of Netcode for GameObjects (version >1.8.1)
