[SyncVar] setting string to Null throws "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Open and play the "Bug" scene.
3. Press the "LAN Host(H) button".
4. Press the "Set Random" button.
5. Press the "set Null" button.
6. Notice the error in the Console window.
