Switching Size Modes doesn't always adjust UI size
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the attached Unity project "SizeMode" from Google Drive link
- Open "SampleScene" Scene
- In Hierarchy window select "UIDocument"
- In Inspector window change Size Mode from Fixed to Dynamic
- Observe the UI elements in Scene view/Game view
Actual results: UI doesn't adjusts itself to the content size
Expected results: UI adjusts itself to the content size
Reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0b2
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
