Switching an SRP project to Xbox One platform and back to Standalone provokes compilation error with XRSettings
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("1215671-repro.zip")
2. Open Build Settings (File->Build Settings)
3. Switch to Xbox One platform
4. Switch to Standalone
Expected result: Errors are not thrown
Actual result: Error CS0103: The name 'XRSettings' does not exist in the current context is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b4 (7.1.1), 2019.3.3f1 (7.1.8), 2020.1.0a25 (7.2.0), 2020.1.0a1 (7.2.1)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.18f1 (4.0.0), 2019.2.20f1 (6.9.2-preview), 2019.3.0a12 (7.0.1)
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1 (No packages)
