[SW-unity-6-1] Visual Element's height border position does not change when modifying its height with the viewport drag
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open UI Builder (Window -> UI Toolkit -> UI Builder)
3. Add a Visual Element
4. Click on the element in the Viewport
5. Change the element's height by dragging the blue border
6. Observe the UI Builder’s Viewport window
Expected result: The border's position of the element's height changes
Actual result: The border of the element's height does not change
Reproducible in: 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Clicking away from the element and re-selecting it will show that the border’s position is the same as before modifying it. It’s a visual bug.
