SVG rendering has gaps when FillMode is set to "Scale And Crop" in UI Builder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN-117855_UIToolkitSVGAnimations”
2. In the Project tab, open "UIToolkitSVGAnimationsDemoLayout"
3. Zoom in and out off the black SVG “Image” inside the .uxml
4. Observe the black SVG “Image” inside the .uxml
Expected result: SVG “Image” has no rendering gaps
Actual result: SVG “Image” has rendering gaps
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a5 (36d7e9fd6645), 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3
Could not test with: 6000.0.60f1 (61dfb374e36f), 6000.2.9f1, 6000.3.0a4 (com.unity.modules.vectorgraphics package breaks)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: The gaps do not reproduce in the Game View
