Standard and Surface shaders generate artifacts when compression is enabled
When the build target is switched to a mobile platform, it is observed that standard and surface shaders can render artifacts when compression is enabled.
Steps for reproduction:
1) Switch the build platform to Android/iOS
2) Open the scene called "Test Scene"
3) Build the lighting
4) Observe the artifacts
Notes:
- Workaround solution is to disable "compression" from lighting window
- Not a regression, reproduced with 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6
