[Subdivide] Null ref in ConnectElements when trying to subdivide faces
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Samplescene
3. Select Cube object
4. Try Subdivide Object
5. There is a warning "Triangulation failed: Additional vertices were inserted.", a null ref error in MeshOperations.ConnectElements.Connect and object's color changes to dark
Reproduced with 19.1b6 and 19.2b3 and package version 4.0.5
