Subassets destroyed by the undo system are kept if the Editor looses focus before saving
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1321443.zip' project
2. Open the 'SampleScene'
3. In the Project window select the 'Test' Asset
4. In the Inspector press the 'Add Children' button
5. Select File > Save (sub-asset should appear in the Project window)
6. Press 'ctrl + z'
7. Unfocus the Editor by opening another program
8. Get back to the Editor
9. Select File > Save
Expected result: The subasset gets removed
Actual result: The subasset doesn't get removed
