Subassets destroyed by the undo system are kept if the Editor looses focus before saving
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1321443.zip' project
2. Open the 'SampleScene'
3. In the Project window select the 'Test' Asset
4. In the Inspector press the 'Add Children' button
5. Select File > Save (sub-asset should appear in the Project window)
6. Press 'ctrl + z'
7. Unfocus the Editor by opening another program
8. Get back to the Editor
9. Select File > Save
Expected result: The subasset gets removed
Actual result: The subasset doesn't get removed
Reproducible with: 2019.4.20f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.2.5f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.1.1f1, 2021.2.0a2, 2021.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a1
Notes:
- The issue doesn't reproduce if step 7 is skipped
- Before unfocusing the Unity the subasset Inspector is empty
- The issue is also reproducible with Undo.DestroyObjectImmediate
