Crash when attempting to restore Prefab that is deleted from the Hierarchy
Reproduction Steps:
1. Import attached project.
2. Open "Intro" scene.
3. In Hierarchy, select any of the Sprite objects in "TestMachine".
4. Delete and instantly restore one them (e.g. with Ctrl + Z).
Result: Unity crashes.
Reproducible with: 5.6.0p3, 2017.1.0b3
Not reproducible with: 5.5.3p2
Regression introduced in: 5.6.0b1
