Strange window appears on signing out after activation license
To repro:
1. Open Unity and sign in.
2. Help -> Manage license.
3. Press Activate New License. Enter license and press Next.
4. Sign out.
Actual result: Strange window appears (see screenshot attached). You can just close this window by pressing X.
Expected result: User is directed to sign in page.
Issue reproduces in 5.4, 5.3, 5.2.
