Stereo Display VR does not render on Multiple Displays
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the project
2. Build for Standalone
3. Launch the build
Expected result: all monitors are active and rendering
Actual result: only the Main display is active, others are black screens
Reproduced on 5.4.2f2, 5.4.5f1, 5.5.2p2, 5.6.0f1*, 2017.1.0a3**
Unity 5.3 versions and below do not have the option for Stereo Display
Notes:
-Split Stereo Display renders normally
-Currently the second camera is set to Display 4. This needs to be changed if there are less than 4 monitors connected
-Displays render normally in the editor
